Coralith Space Rating is initiated by a group of people directly or indirectly connected with office spaces:

People who have long served office spaces and know buildings and operations; advisors who study the built environment and health; and everyday users who work in offices and feel first-hand what "good" means.

We came together around one question — whether office spaces are "good" deserves a careful, verifiable answer. Expertise sets our standard; evidence shows the quality. That is the starting point of a long-term effort.
